School
Nizhamia School was founded in early 2022 and is set to launch on March 17, 2022. Nizhamia is an Arabian word, meaning “laws, regulation, and ethic” and can be used to describe the character of people who live together in a society. Nizhamia’s educational foundation design emphasizes Indonesia’s cultural and indigenous characteristics. Nizhamia is an indigenous Indonesian school that supports students to grow into the next generation of people who are faithful, humane, pious, and have a strong personal and social ethic.
Curriculum
Nizhamia Curriculum implements Nizhamia’s vision, mission, and values, national curriculum, and international curriculum that follows global developments (current methods)
Nizhamia, as a national plus school, follows the Kementrian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Indonesia curriculum. Furthermore, we are confronted with 21st-century learning, which requires current methods to be used in learning and teaching approaches, such as Inquiry Learning, Experimentation, and Playing.
We employ a combination of STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics) and social emotional development to represent learning differentiation. Nizhamia Educators will use their pedagogical abilities in the classroom to focus on the learner’s individuality in intelligence, learning style, and talent. Our educators do more than just teach the curriculum; they put their hearts and souls into being a part of the learner’s life journey.
Nizhamia Learner Competencies will demonstrate their:
- Intrapersonal
- Life Skills Development
- Learning Ownership
- Life-long Learner
How Do Students Develop
We believe that our educators will open their hearts to welcome the student’s Learning Journey.
They’ve received training in both pedagogy (teacher character education) and social emotional healing. We designed the collaboration between students and teachers, as well as the linking together. Local and regional educators that are certified also qualify to be Nizhamia Educators.
Scientific, Skill Development, and Conceptual Understanding are used in terms of the student’s growth. The learning acquisition approach that takes into account a student’s Learning Style is designed to support student’s learning differentiation. It’s referred to as “Student Voice.”
